I was in a similar situation, even most companies "tall" clothing doesn't fit. Standard inseam is 32 and tall is 34 ... since when is 34" a tall?
My solution was just order from AeroStich. I live close so it was easy but they can talk you though taking your measurements over the phone too.
I have a 36" inseam as well. My measurement started with a "tall" in the correct waist size and then they added a couple more inches, some above the knee and some below so that the knee area and pads still fit correctly. My jacket was the same, found the right chest size and then took measurements to get the right sleeve length.
I have a Darien jacket and the AD1 pants. I've put on several hundred rain miles this summer and always stayed dry.
It can get a little spendy, but it fits correctly, and is very well made so IMHO worth it. Plus, not having to carry separate rain gear is nice. My riding gear is my rain gear so no stopping to re-dress if looks like rain, no getting caught without it ... very handy. I see your profile says Texas, I've rode in the low 90's with it and with all the vents open it stayed as cool as could be expected, especially on an undressed bike like the Versys where you can suck a lot of air up an open sleeve cuff.
