Why won't it start?!? Help!!!

Long story short, the other day an old lady tried to run me over in a parking lot, resulting in a very low speed drop on the left side. Both the bike and myself were ok, aside from a few small scratches to my fairing. I was in first gear, had dropped the throttle and it died. After cycling the key to reset the tip over fault, I rode her home. But now when I try to start, the FI light doesn't stay on and absolutely nothing happens when I hit the button. Any ideas, guys?

Left side is where the gear lever is. Does the bike show the neutral lamp ?

would that have anything to do with that evaporative charcoal thing that the manual tells you not to overfill into the filler neck? like when it tipped over an over abundance of gas spilled into that thing and tripped some sensor? just guessing

Sidestand

Check the Sidestand switch and or wiring. I once had a similar drop which screwed up the switch on another bike, eventually I had to manufacture a jumper plug which defeated the switch entirely.
