My new seat......

I mentioned in another thread about seats that I was getting one re-done and I'd post a picture, here it is.
I had the passenger part cut back and they removed the foam up front and replaced it with gel and added 1/2" per my request. I can now move a little farther back when needed and it helps. The seat is a BIG improvement and I still have a stocker for when momma rides with me.
Got a 1,000 mile week-end trip in a few days and now I'm really looking forward to it.
For a full picture of the bike and seat there is a shot of it under the thread "mirrors".

A local shop called Sportsdrive here in Maryville, Tn did the work.

They are responsible for alot of happy Harley, Victory & BMW (and now Kawasaki) riders getting off their stock seats onto custom seats.

Due to advertising constraints feel free to contact me for shop information.

The cost is $255 to reform the passenger hump, cut out the stock driver foam and replace it with gel. This is using the stock cover. Add $115 for the carbon fiber look marine grade vinyl, which is well worth it.
