I'd guess that providing you keep enough revs on (lowest gear highest revs, mebbe drop the clutch a bit) you should be OK. but y'd have to make sure no water got anywhere near the air inlet, and I have my doubts as to how deep you'd want to go

When you do it, be sure to have a friend tape it so we can watch!!

Thumbs up

Too funny Bear...Not sure this applies, but in my old offroad days riding a Bultaco Matador the rule on river/ stream crossings was " brain off- gas on". And if I was trying it on my V, it might include "eyes closed"

If I new what I was doing, I wouldn't still be working

Yup tape it for sure!!
But really, as long as your giving it gas, water won't enter as the exhaust air is pushing out.... but if you for some reason decided to park it in the river... well good luck with that!
