Crazy man.

Apparently they don't have traffic cops in Brazil. If I did that here I would have 4 troopers on my arse.

Just nuts. All it takes is one car to change lanes without looking, and he is toast. And then all of his friends say what a tragedy it was. When it was his mistake in the first place. And how about the driver that hits him? How does he feel for the rest of his life?

I think the rider has a death wish. There was a guy in BC who posted a similar video of himself and it launched a police investigation.

I think it comes down to the basic culture you were raised in.
Some parts of the world you can zip in and out to your heart's desire, other places you'd be ticketed for not having your face shield in place.
