great quote from motorcycle.com

"Hereís a bike that anyone can hop on and go anywhere. Itís as much at home running to 7-11 for a gallon of milk as it is slicing up a twisty backroad. It easily runs ahead of 80-mph freeway traffic with a plush ride that encourages loading up the saddlebags for a sport-touring interstate romp. Itís not a sportbike and itís not a cruiser - itís a motorcycle, a machine that amazingly doesnít seem out of its element anywhere."

I'm sure most of you have read this already but here is the link...

No, I didn't read it before but I'm glad I did now.

I couldn't agree with it more.

I don't know about the plush ride part, but everything else is great!

I saw that yesterday after surfing for a wheelie
video and finding tons of Versys movies on YouTube.
I was surprised at how many there are, including
some dumb, punkish ones, some blatant commercialism,
and some truly interesting and informative reviews.

The one with the 'boomstick' shows a really great
way to shoot almost any aspect of your ride, up
close and personal. There was a lot of traffic in
the comments asking how they did that and wanting
to be hooked up with the equipment. The segments
showing shock action, especially the rear spring/
arm working, were astounding. Just too bad they
didn't show the actual setup...

Very cool video. The Boomstick360 looks pretty cool.

Did you notice when they did the rear spring/shock shot that the rider's foot was not in the picture?

I may need to get me one of them....
