Agreed. I know I had the benefit of reading the title of the video so I knew it was coming but no damn way I would have ridden into that scary looking area.

Nice bike, cost lots of money...to bad dollars can't buy sense. Even a Florida Boy like me knows better than to ride there.

Or was that look THEN leap?

On Ft Peck reservior guys are going through the ice all the time. Guy from Hell Creek charges them $400.00 to drag a big hook and pull their four wheeler out.

After the ice gets really bad he will not do it and your machine is gone for ever!

This year many lost 4 wheelers. Most are ice fishing.

This reminds me of going to Appleton WI. to pick up a new fire engine back when I was a firefighter. Seems a big slab of ice a broken off in Lake Michigan and the Coast Guard had to go rescue the people. It also seemed they were all mad the CG would not rescue their cars, truck and snowmobiles.

They were interviewing a CG Officer on TV and ask him how think the ice needed to be before it was save to drive on. I will ALWAYS remember his answer…”All the way to the bottom, Sir. All the way to the bottom”.

Or was that look THEN leap?
