If you have tie downs, roof and one friend Got my belly under the headlight, grabbed the forks and dead lifted the front while my son pulled the straps tight. Totally secure with the rear stand. Got my Shinko 009 Raven's on, and so far I love 'em. Slow but neutral steering which I like, and stiffer side walls.
Cycle gear sometimes has them on sale, and if you buy from them they'll put the tires on for free if you bring them in off of the bike. I got a great deal on the tires from a friend, but had to pay $78.00 to have them put on at a local shop. It was a wash in my case.
