Factory/givi sidebag mount

I have the factory mounts and bags (givi made/kawi branded) and while I like the versatility, the mounts make the side bags stick way too far out. I've had two episodes where I've misjudged the width of the bike's ass with the bags and bumped them on something.

Is there an aftermarket mount that will pull them in closer? The factory mount looks like it has a good 5 inches of gap between it and the frame of the bike. I'd really like to reclaim that foot of space and make the width of the bike closer to the handlebar width.

Re: Factory/givi sidebag mount

The SWmotech mounts make them stick out a bit too. I've considered getting some smaller cases like the givi e21's. I've been using my soft saddle bags mostly & am happy with the width.

E21s are a nice fit. Less width than the handlebars.

Always trust your cape.
