LED spot lights wattage recommendations?

I was wondering what wattage my LED fog/spot lights on my bike should be. I'm a little worried about over loading my stator because the other day, while stuck in bumper to bumper traffic (for about 5-7 minutes), my voltmeter dropped down to two orange lights until I revved the engine above 3500 rpm. Then it would go back to 2 green lights. When I'm riding around, the volt meter shows a solid 2 green lights and sometimes 3. I'm not sure what voltage that is, but I'm pretty sure someone here knows.

I have the volt meter posted in the pic from this thread (https://www.kawasakiversys.com/forum...ictureid=26935)

I got the problem I had last year with the volt meter fluctuating fixed. That turned out to be because of the wires going to the voltmeter were loose and moving when I rode around (if anyone remembers that).
