Seat pad bumper

Brought my new Versys home last week and while inspecting noticed the bottom of the seat pan had a single, black rectangular bumper on one side. If someone doesn't mind pulling their seat off and checking. Just wondering if this is normal or if one came off while the dealer was installing the saddlebags...Thanks.

As above. It served to push down on the battery. Nothing to worry about. Over time the foam pad will compress and no longer function as intended. Easy replacement then.
