Soft luggage support. Does GIVI TE4103 fit an '08?

Time for new luggage for this season. And with that, I want to get some kind of support. This is listed as post 2010, but would it fit 07-09? I've searched and couldn't find the answer.

As what you're looking for is a way to keep the 'soft-bags' from leaning into the back tire, you could just make a "bar" from a piece of tubing, then attach it to a 'bolt' (passenger-footpeg?) plus one further back, bent to be 'proud' of the side of your bike.

OR - the first solution I tried "way-back-when" - get a 'belt' and tie the two handles together OVER the seat, taking up the 'slack'.

It's a pretty dramatic change!

Zana says that their supports will fit your bike and the price isn't too bad either

I know nothing about the company or it's products.

Thanks! Not bad at all! Unless the shipping is a killer. I will definitely order otherwise.

DIY is my second choice.

Btw, where does it say it will fit? The photos show the post '09 model and I can't see anything about the year(s).

That is a good question. Somewhere on that site I keyed in my year and model and that page came up. I tried to do that again after your question and couldn't find where I typed that info in and couldn't find it. I guess you had better ask.

Here's a link for soft saddle bags. I know it says it's for 2017+ but maybe you could call them and see what they say?

Yeah, it seems that all the sites list 2010-2014 for some reason.

I just heard back from them on the shipping. CAD$200, lol. Back to the drawing board.
