coolant reservoir is never used by the system

I noticed that the coolant reservoir never has any inflow or outflow of coolant. I checked the radiator cap and the spring seems to be working fine meaning that at 1.1 bars or pressure the cap should open and release coolant to the coolant reservoir. I wonder why it never happens (in my case)...? Is it because the coolant temperature never reaches high enough temp to reach 1.1 bars or pressure? When in traffic, I hear my fan spinning, so I know the cooling system works fine.

Do you guys see the coolant reservoir level go up and down?

Yes should go up and down--change your rad cap-check reservoir tank vent--if your fan comes on it's getting hot enough to move coolant

If you top up the reservoir to the cap with coolant you will see the bike pee coolant when the engine gets hot.
