Midas 07 dakar tires

I am a shop that has a customer that wants the midas 07 Dakar tires on his new versy 650. What sizes can we getaway with on this bike since these tires don't come in versy stock sizes.
Thanks for any info

Stock sizes are 120/70 x 17 F, 160/60 x 17 R, but I run a 120/17 F SHINKO E705 and 150/70 x 17 R on my '15 V 650; and a 130/80 x 17 F, 150/70 x 17 R E705 on my '08, but you have to RAISE the front fender for the 130/80 which is a REAR tire.

I know of several people running a 170/60 x 17 R w/ E705s, but I have NOT.

The Mitas E-07 is a 3 ply tyre. The Mitas Dakar E-07 is a 4 ply tyre with a bad reputation for difficulty mounting to the wheel.
I have had two sets of the standard E-07's fitted to my V-Strom with no issues whatsoever. 110-80 and 150-70, and have hit a few sharp rocks at speed.
Sure that is not to a V650 but unless the owner is intending to ride among large sharp rocks the Dakar version may not be necessary. I keep my air pressures up though.
