30000 km on my 08, hasn't even coughed once. No 'extra' things found that need doing at the services. Never even slow to start or anything. SOOOO glad I got rid of my F650 Beema, best bike ever!

... but we all knew that right?

Just about to do 2200km in 3 days (with no riding on the middle day!) and I'll check the tires, lube the chain and thats the last thought I'll give her mechanically. Hopefully I haven't jinx'd her!

25,009 mi on the 2010. I do split my ride with another bike and a pick-up truck for work. I love the Versys though and it brings a smile to my face no matter the weather or area I ride in.

33,200 miles on my 09. I know the number is actually higher as I had put a 44t rear sprocket on at around 11,000 miles which changes the acuracy of the odometer.

Those who say money can't buy happines haven't bought A VERSYS.

I have about 36,000 miles on my 08. My riding has slowed down a little bit as I have been doing more track days on the weekends.

Steve

I bought a motorcycle because my wife said that I couldn't! Now I have two and she still says I can't have another one!

44k miles as of this summer on my 09, however, I am now troubleshooting an oil consumption issue. Compression was low at the #2 cyclinder, 110 psi. It was consuming the amount of oil between the sight glass hashes during the last two oil changes (38k to 41 and also 44) when I started to troubleshoot.

Edit: Had the head serviced and re shimmed. Also replaced the rings. Soon as I can get another 3k on it, I will advise on the oil consumption.

40,000 miles so far. Not many issues. My fuel filter clogged once which required an entire new fuel pump. It was slow to start at one point but after I cleaned the air filter it perked right up. I learned you have to do that every 30,000 miles or so.

Angst is probably around 70k miles by now and since there are probably 2007 European V riders with more since so many use it as a primary vehicle. Even riding to work this morning in the rain I was grinning on my little gal zipping around semis.

Ride To Live, Live To Ride....no, really!

A2RON: Really impressive!! Your statement makes me happy!
I gotta ask, what have you done to your bike so far? I mean except regular maintenace replacing chains/sprockets/tires.... Any major break down?
What is your oil consumtion now?
I bought my bike in October last year. Have put approx. 10 000 km's so far. I'm planning to keep it for a while. If it lasts as long as yours we are talking at least 10 years..

I want to find out the weak points (if there are any) when we are talking really high mileage. So far I understand that the fuelpump/filter could be an issue.
