GREAT service from "Motorcycle Superstore"!

I've bought several sets of tires and other things from Motorcycle Superstore and been pleased with the service. Back in '08 I bought Tourmaster heated stuff (jacket liner and chaps-liner), which has come in VERY handy, but then I started having issues with the controller ('09 or '10 - not sure) - I'd turn power ON, and shortly after it would turn itself OFF.

I e-mailed Tourmaster about the problem and they e-mailed back that Motorcycle Superstore would be sending me a NEW controller, which they did (in fact, they sent TWO - one each for the jacket and the pants), and which worked just FINE till 03 October, when the jacket controller started "going south" in the same fashion as before, thankfully at the END of a ride that had started at around freezing...!

This time I e-mailed the customer service address at Motorcycle Superstore, including my BC phone number after my name, but not really expecting anything after FOUR years, but within a day I was phoned to confirm my address, as the phone # was different from what they have on file. I confirmed my AZ address, and the gal told me that they were sending one of the NEW rheostat controllers to me, and that hopefully the problems will be over.

In MY opinion - this is OUTSTANDING customer service, and I wanted to share this with you all!

Ed

They are always my first stop when I go searching for items for my V. If they don't have it I go to Twisted Throttle.

I think the thing I love most about Motorcycle Superstore is their speed of shipping.

I have ordered items in the morning and had them on my doorstep the next day by 10am without paying for overnight shipping. I don't understand how they do it. I've ordered items from other companies with the same ground service that motorcycle superstore uses and it takes 5-15 days.

I agree.
I've ordered a few helmets, some cloths and some other tid bits from them. Always great service. They are always the first place I look and usually the place I end up buying from when I shop.
I just ordered a Tourmaster riding suit from them and should be getting it in a couple of days. Riding suit sizing is pretty difficult and I did my best and I wasn't sure what size to get (I'm between L and XL on my measurements) but no worries because I'm confident that MS will take care of me if I got it wrong. Without that confidence I don't think I could spend $400 on a guestimate.

Thanks guys for taking the worry out of buying online.
