Knock on the Door at midnight..

My room mate and I were awoken by heavy knocking at the door at midnight last evening during a very windy rain storm. Got to the door, my neighbor is there with bad news, my room mat'e' blue V is on it's side on the road. The wind hit the cover and just bowled the bike over. Bent brake lever and some scratches in the radiator guard was all the damage suffered thankfully.

Some hand guards and crash bars would have taken care of that.

A real bummer! On the kick stand extender pad drill a hole through it and drive a spike through it (like you would a tent stake even into pavement) at night or when parked for long periods. No I'm not kidding it works great and the bike doesn't move!

Happened to my MT-01 a bout a month ago. Cost 1100$ in repairs, glad I had insurance.

Garage
Some a-hole pushed my KLX250 over onto concrete, because of the BarkBusters the only damage was some scratches on the plastic hand guards.
