O-rings any one?

Hello folks. I need some help with finding the right size o-ring for the pilot screws for the vacuum adjustment. Would any happen to know the correct size? I just looked at the price of buying the assembly and I don't feel like spending $18 for an assembly when all I need is an o-ring.

Cheers!

If you need to replace it, remove it and measure it (or have it measured) with a caliper, or match it visually at a Jap motorcycle shop... It will be metric measurements. It should be like O rings for Keihin pilot screws.

FWIW, the 2008 and 2010 V parts manual list down air pilot screw set (includes o-ring, spring and pilot screw as part no. 16014-0002. Maybe a good idea to ask Kawasaki. Thanks.

Talking

Automotive parts store like Napa may have an assortment.

Tractor supply or Harbor freight may also.
