Unhappy Maybe he hasn't ridden the red, black, blue, or green?

He may not have ridden the red, black, blue, or green Versys. Maybe there is a shortage in his country?
I want more proof!

Lol great that you got it signed
Although i will point out the way he worded it, it's saying you have the fastest orange versys, not that the orange versys is the fastest

Yamaha ttr-125
Kawasaki KX-125
Yamaha Yz426-f (current)
2010 Kawasaki Versys! (very current and loving it!)

Lance claims that kiwi 41 is the Kiwi (in New Zealand) with the fastest orange Versys, so there may be someone of a different nationality with a faster fastest orange Versys, as well as some with a faster or slower fastest Versys of another color... And then, there are Candy Burnt Orange and also Pearl Wildfire Orange Versys'.

Lance is after all a writer of tales.

Now Lance may be a writer of tales but as history has proved science fiction becomes science fact. His book shall remain a valued part of my versys religion and my burnt orange speed machine shall be eventually placed in the Burt Munro museum for all to admire.

Green '09 Versys For Sale or Trade

Looking to sell or trade my '09 Green Versys for a Burnt Orange model,
asking $2,000.00 firm. Great shape, ridden by a Grandpa. Never raced,
never gone over 75mph.

Want a faster model. Figure, priced at $2000.00 it should go quicker than any other.

Don't believe everything you read on the internet!
It may not be reliable!

Damn and blast! I was under the distinct impression red was the fastest. Maybe it has something to do with living in Middle Earth??

Who cares about fast? Quick is the important part. Black ones are the quickest.

The bike is burnt orange because we have a big hole in the Ozone layer here and you get burnt quick 22 C or 72 F at 4pm on a beautiful monday but had other jobs on today so no time for riding.

Fast = swift or quick
Quick=Moving rapidly, Being done in short time

Forget websters, this is from the drag racer's dictionary
fast=speed of travel, like miles per hour (How fast was I going, officer?)
quick= rate of acceleration as in 0-60 in three seconds (I was so quick that I was gone before he had his lights on.)

Well my Ninja 1000 meets both those definitions

Am sure your Z1000sx is fits the bill.

Talked to a ER6 owner to got the Z1000sx. He just love the speed.
Now I remember you have the orange V. Mentioned you had the red.

Come what colour or bike make it may be, it's the rider/pilot. Valentino Rossi proved that to us winning on the Yamaha in his 1st year with them. Hope the Doctor can get the Duke chassis problems solved next year and make history as the 1st rider winning the championship with 3 bike makers. Yeah!

Probably because I'm a bit 'old school' (along with all the scientific facts that I've read on the internet)...I have come to the conclusion that the fastest (and quickest) Kawasaki bikes are the green ones.

2009 GREEN Versys
2006 Yellow Pearl H-D VRSCR Street Rod
2010 Scarlet Red H-D FXDF Fat Bob

Fear is just excitement in need of an attitude adjustment.
