Thanks Bicyclebob

It seems most of us have virtual or personal friends that we have met here on the site, I met Bicyclebob here two years ago. I needed a set of fork seals and could not find them in Peru, I knew Bob would help me out so I emailed him, he ordered a set and mailed them down, thanks again Bob! I guess what I'm trying to say is that this is a great site, good friends and a lot of sage advice.

Could not agree more Gary, My wife and myself are away on a 17 day holiday in Malaysia because of friends I have made here on this forum. Sim cards have been brought for our phones, train tickets already brought in advance by myred in KL and fastoman has opened up his home to us for 2nd week and taking my wife and myself on a tour to different parts and a city in south of Thailand as well as lending me his bike (a awesome blue versys) for a 2 day one night away over night ride up through middle of malaysia, I think he is borrowing a 500cc ninja. The boys are also lending me bike gear.

We are blown away by there kindness in planning our intinery. 6 more sleeps to go.

I am sure our trip will make a good thread so watch this space.
Phil

This site is one the best thing that happen in my life. Through this forum I have meet two kind souls . first Rang from Chang Mai-Thailand and second Phil from New Zealand.

Its a different feeling when we meet as we are all V riders and its make you feel as if you know each other so long even though we have not meet in person. Its not about money or race or culture and nothing seem to hold back our relationship.

Rang from Thailand when he was here in Malaysia

Kiwi41-Phil and his wife Keri in Malaysia now:

Cheers guys and thank you.

Thanks for the kind words Gary. I really look forward to the day when we can all meet and put a person to the name.

Cheers everyone,

This really is an awesome forum. I don't think I have seen one better. It is great to see these kind of friendships.

Where it all began:

From the left: Bob (don't remember his forum name), DBD34, Bicyclebob (goof in black shirt), Machog and HikewithMike. Before a ride up to Mt Baker a couple of years ago.
