My new little thing. I took some mirrors off a old XL 250 that has been sitting for years. I cut the stems down to 1 inch in length and then drillled the bar end weights for the mirros stems and a hole for a set screw, replaced the original factory bar end bolt with a tapered head bolt cut with the head cut down to fit inside the bar end. With the rubber dampers in the end the mirrors became very stable. Less vibes that the stock mirrors, and I can see around myself.
