The Farkling has started

I changed my mind about lowering my 2011 V. I ordered Speedy's lowering kit, footpeg lowering kit, and wide kickstand pad. I've also ordered:

Signal Dynamics Backoff XP
Fender Eliminator
Radiator Guard

I didn't even try to have any dicipline.

I'm also thinking about getting a Fuzeblock, I will be adding a Streble horn (I had one on my KLX250), a GPS and an outlet.

Caution:
With both the lowering kit and the peg lowering kit watch it in the corners. Way to easy to send a trail of sparks. One trip through the Dragon and I removed the peg lowering kit.

Pegasus,
Do you "hang off"? IF you don't, I feel that the lean angle to get footpeg contact is WAY-Y-Y beyond where most guys corner...!

Like I said, that was with both the lowering kit and peg lowers. My wife was aboard also although she only weighs in a whopping 98 pounds with her gear on so it’s difficult to know if she has fallen off or not (kidding, but she is a great passenger). I don’t put my knee down (no knee pads) but do shift my weight and the V does a great job.

Actually, I ran across your threads on both of those items and went and found them. It'd be cool if 12 O'clock labs made a circuit board for the V tail light that flashed when braking and was a turn signal also. I had one of those on my 250SF. It was very cool.

And another succumbs to the farkle addiction. But I can't cast stones...this thread just reminded me I wanted to get a BackOff XP so ordered one.

Sure hope no one comes up with FA (Farkler's Anonymous). This is too much fun to quit!

I farkled my KLX250 some too. So I'm familiar with the problem. That's the first step you know. Admitting you have a problem

Nothing's too cruel if it's funny enough.
