Probably not i actually work for a living. Not standing around talking about getting a job done then have 5 guys watching 1 guy do the work. Unions are a joke one of the biggest reasons why america is getting trounced on by the rest of the world. Unions had thier time and those times are over.
No debate, hes sort of right. Most unions are bad news. In my industry if you dont work hard no one will hire you, we are all freelance. No job protection, zero job security. Ever work 16-18 hours a day for a week straight ?
I average 38 of those weeks a year. We do get a 30 minute lunch break every 6 hours, usually. You are over generalizing, but mostly right.

No debate, hes sort of right. About 90% of the unions are bad news. However if you're in my industry and you dont bust ass no one will hire you, we are all freelance. No job protection, zero job security. Ever work 16-18 hours a day for a week straight ?
I did 39 times last year. We do get a 30 minute lunch break every 6 hours, usually. I realize Im the exception not the rule. You are over generalizing, but mostly right. How many hours do you work a day?
Well while i was in puerto rico since june running one of the 5 business we have there. I go in at 8:30am till 10:30 or 11:00pm 6 days aweek sunday from 10:30am till 8:30pm no days off only closed on holidays. last year it was 10 months same schedule then the other months i'm running a photography studio in ft.worth texas. but i'm leaving that job to go to puerto rico full time thats why i'm here for these 2 weeks. Plenty of my friends and family up north worked union gigs yea there great but too many wasting so much money for so little production.
Sounds like we both work too much and dont ride enough. Good luck in PR, hope you bring the bike with you.
Your right about not riding enough. yesterday was the first day on the V since june. thats the reason i'm putting everything on the bike i can think of so if i do take it to puerto rico it will be complete. i do have one job opportunity that will pop up about the first of the year that will bring me back to texas. with it you basically trade your life away for money. a buddy of mine works there he's only had 17 days off this year but has made over 350.000 dollars so far. after i get on i'll post the place they go through alot of people most want to come in for a few years make enough to pay for a house and other goodies then get a normal job so they can enjoy time with thier families
