Searched for about an hour and couldn't find it....

I KNOW I've seen it discussed here but can't for the life of me find the threads.... about changing out the Versys oil pan for the ER6N pan to get rid of the low hanging oil drain spout. Can anyone point me in the right direction, PLEASE? And Thank You

Jeff - I think the whole job just entails 1. draining the oil; 2. removing all the pan-bolts, then the pan; 3. installing the new pan (SAME pan on the Gen 3 Vs) w/ a GOOD gasket; and 4. re-fill the oil.

The factory skid plate (the exhaust system) on my 2015 pretty much protects the engine. It's two inches or so below anything vital.
