Check that Exhaust flange

i think I recall reading about this on here before but it bares repeating..Was changing the oil on the bike and while waiting for the last drops to drain I looked up at my exhaust flange on the head and thought I had never checked those for tightness.. Slapped a 12 mm on my ratchet with an extension and was horrified to find that all 4 were only slightly tighter than finger tight.. I firmly believe if I hadn't checked them, I would have lost at least two of them in the next 1000 miles or so. I had checked most other bolts, but for some reason I ignored / skipped those, so please make sure you check them often.

Yep, they are not torqued down much from factory. Mine where just snug when I removed them at about 60 miles on the clock.

Just checked mine and they were a little bit loose, not too bad though. Only 438 miles on the bike, I will be keeping an eye on it, Thanks
