Pretty Much Complete...

I've installed a 16 tooth sprocket, auxiliary fuse block, Oxford heated grips, Givi handguards, Givi easylock bags, and top rack, gps mount, Speedy's flat foot, modded the seat, auxiliary lights, and rear spools....i'm pretty much done for now. Long term I wand to add Givi Trekker Outback side cases $$$$$...and a ADV Rider sticker

How are you liking the 16t sprocket up front? I'm afraid I like the low end grunt too much to change the gearing. I've thought about dropping two teeth in the rear though just to try it out.

Looking good.

Now go and get it dirty.

Although I have had Miss Jaffa (Burnt Orange 2007 Versys) for a while, I still have a lot to learn.

Actually, I can't tell much difference low end wise (i've put 16 tooth sprockets on my last 2 Versys) I like the little drop in rpm's at highway speeds.....

Nice! I definitely like the LED aux lights.
Have you noticed (is there any way to notice?, maybe with GPS) a change in the bike speed vs speedo reading with the change in sprocket?

Yes.....with my gps the speedo read fast (3-5 mph) with stock gearing....it's pretty much right on with the 16 tooth

FWIW - I run a 150/70 rear tire, and that puts the speedo almost exactly the same as my GPS - 100k/hr GPS is 101k/hr speedo. OTOH - ODO is now out by 1.7% (under-reads).

I installed a Speedo DRD that allows you to fix the speedo by any % from -99% to +99%.

My gearing had the speedo out by 17% (was speedo 117 kph v GPS 100 kph).

Now mine is out 1% as per Fast Eddie but my odo is out 6%. So the 16,000 kms since I installed it is really 17,000 kms.

Nice combo! I am particular interested on Givi Trekker Outback.. Seeing other threads seems that you had them before buy this new model?
Any opinion between these and the OEM ones?
