Question Had my first spill...

*Spoiler* I'm fine, bike is mostly fine, no cosmetic damage.

I picked a bad line crossing a river and slipped on slime, bike and me took a bath but in the end we are both good (need new brake levers now).

This leads me to a question, what is your recommendation for protecting brake, shift and handlebar levers?

I ask cause knowing me there is a good chance this will happen again... >.>

Made with authentic materials.

Would this apply to my foot levers as well or would sliders protect those fine?

not really sure, get your sliders then lay your bike over , if they hit then you should get folding ones if thats your preference

Like said above: Barkbusters or similar, engine guards, sliders, and a good skid plate so you can do things like this and not worry!

Wire the foot brake for off road use.
