Question Comagination: vendor reviews?

Hi!

I'm interested in a headlight modulator for my 2015 Versys 650 and am thinking of the sS115H7 at Comagination.

However they do not seem to answer their emails.

What was your experience when dealing with Comagination?

TIA!

I still have a full deck.

Don't have any experience with the company but I can't say much for their web site. No "Home" icon that I could find and none of the bike brand icons on the Choose by Bike page function - at least not when I try to click them. And trying to read their FAQ page made my glasses fog up. Too many words stuffed into together with no white space to allow the eyes and mind to focus. Sorry they won't respond to your emails; perhaps that's a clue regarding their business model. Caveat emptor.

I had a similar experience with a vendor and decided to buy from them anyway. It was a bad idea. The part they sent me wasn't even functional. I tried to contact them again after delivery and they would not respond at all. Now I have eBay involved in order to get a refund. Sounds like you may want to steer clear of that company if they aren't even communicating with you as a prospective customer.

Thanks for the tip and link.
I like their P75W. I want it on low beam but they suggest high beam.
I will send them an email.

The P75W is made for a single headlight. If you search for your Versys 650, it finds the Kisan P115W-DHL. Comagination's website is confusing or broken. I emailed them. I admit I'm still confused about the H7 plug, H4 headlight. Guess I should tear it down and look at it sometime.

Kisan tech support advised me that I would be fine with the P75W. I can hook it up to either the high or the low beam.
I have ordered the P75W.

Thanks everyone for your input/insight!

I just found out that I could also choose to modulate my auxiliary lights (2 X Cree 30 W Leds) instead of the high or low beam headlights.
I'm starting to think that this would give my bike even more conspicuity that a modulated headlight. One way or another, I'll try it.
