Michelin customer service
Bought a Pilot Power back in the middle of March to replace my front screw grabbing Dunlop, and have always checked tire pressure before each ride and set 32 front 36 rear, well after 3000 miles I am getting cupping. Dealer says under inflated.
So I called Michelin to check on what the correct tire pressure should be. They said manuf. specs. 32psi. I currently am at 34psi per techs. recommendation. Went to the dealer today and they called Michelin per my phone number with my registered complaint , Michelin is going to reemburse me for half the cost of a replacement tire.
Sorry for the long rant but just wanted to pass on the good response from Michelin's Customer Service. Think I'll replace it with a Pilot Road to match the rear. Rear looks awesome after 2-3000 miles.
