Chatter Box Duo Pro

Who has experience with the Chatterbox intercom system.
I know some of you may think they are crap, so please spare me.
I have one transmitter that continues to show a Red led after full charge. It greatly shortens the battery life during use.
Do any of you have these units?

You ask for opinions but you don't want bad ones?

Yes specifically about Chatterbox.
I am looking to solve the issues I am having with my Chatterboxes. Its worse enough they are not working properly, so forgive me if I don't want to hear opinions on how bad they are!

Is it how old?

Perhaps the battery is toast. Most newer toys may have a lithium batt inside, but some may still be using Nicads.

Thanks E327.
I have ordered a couple of new batteries.
I figure for $10, why not try the battery.

I'd 'second' this suggestion. Our home phones would go 'dead' quickly, so I said I'd buy new batteries. My wife said that that would be a waste of $ - phones are cheap!

I bought three batteries on the 'net (Amazon) for about $10, and EVERYTHING is good!
