New riding suit suggestions

G'Day V Bikers,

Pictured is my 6 year old Aerostich Roadcrafter suit which have been sprayed.
This is my 3rd pair and it is a excellent riding suit.
My needs are good body protection, good ventilation and 100% waterproof.

Have read good review on the BMW comfort shell suit.

Has anyone tried this suit (Comfort shell)?
Could you recommend any other riding suit in the market?
Malaysia has only warm (dry and hot) and wet season.

Best Regards and Thanks in advance.

Look at the Revvit Cayenne Pro - I ordered mine before my wife ordered her stich. For the difference in the price (the Revvit is a bit more), there is no comparison.

I've been to Malaysia many times and I can't believe you wear that suite in the heat.

My winter and cool "suite" is First Gear and it has plenty of vents, but when it gets into the 90 plus degree temps, I wear my mesh gear and use rain gear over it when needed.

But...that being said, if I had to ride during your type of rainy season, you might as well just wear a waterproof suite with padding and get it over with.

Your gear looks a lot better than mine. Even though I washed it, it has been through so many hours of riding that it could use a paint job.

Hi Atgatt,

Firstly, Welcome to Malaysia.

You are so right about the heat. However, safety first as many crazy drivers here.
Malaysia has a very high death/accident rate (one of the highest in the world, I think).
I use my suit everywhere I go after a bad crash in Cheng Rai, Thailand. I was the pilliion and my knee whacked a road stone slab. Nothing broke but couldn't walk for 2 months.

You might be right about putting a rain coat over the suit. I just prefer to carry more important things around.

As for my stich, I looks good now as just sprayed paint over it.

Hi Heehaw,

Thanks for your suggestion. Checking it out...
