First pair of motorbike pants

Bought these:

HWK Mens Black Textile Breathable Waterproof CE Armoured Motorbike Overpants Motorcycle Trousers/Pants - 1 year Guarantee Waist40''-42'' Inseam30'' https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074YZ9G1Z..._VwxSBbDP44TRW

I think they fit, or at least will when winter starts stripping me of my long term extra insulation.

I guess it's good my wife keeps my many bits in her purse, though... Not much room in these.

BTW, don't put motorbike pants on and go for a 35 minute ride until AFTER you pee.

I mean, that's what I hear.

Let us know how they work out for you. I have a pair of Sedici that I currently wear. Which i am pretty happy with. Next on the list are some Kevlar Jeans.

It's been swell, but the swelling has gone down.

They look OK. The one drawback that I see right off the bat is the lack of full length leg zippers.

Those don't look bad, especially for the price. However, like someone already mentioned, my overpants have full length leg zippers and I'd never go with anything else since I commute and always wear my mesh overpants. It just makes taking them on and off in the parking lot a breeze.

I don't care what you ride, just ride.

I guess I forgot about this thread...

They lasted 3 days. Crotch ripped out climbing onto the bike. Returned the same day they ripped.

Congrats. You may find a pair of sweat pants, or polar fleece pants for extreme insulation, will be a lot more comfortable and less restrictive under these than jeans.

Ended up with Bilt brand overpants. They zip up both sides, and have a removable liner. Since I mainly commute, my jeans are worn under, but they are fairly stretchy.

Oh yeah... I've lost 2 pants sizes and a shirt size since I started this thread. Restrictive movement in jeans isn't really an issue right now.

Sorry they broke down that quick. When I started riding a few years ago I got a pair of Fieldsheer overpants from Revzilla. I've only worn them once with the liners in. Very protective, armor, zip up on each side, and wear like iron. Worth the money (129), but did not break the bank like some of the big name brands. I think Zilla is closing out of their stuff, so you can go straight to the Fieldsheer website and order.

New Pants

Bought a pair of 3 season pants on sale, I got the Oxford Montreal 2.0's, came w/ removeable warmth liner, but you have to order the hip pads separate, think I paid $138 w/ free shipping. They are warm w/o the liner and the vent on each thigh didn't seem to flow much air, but maybe the Versys is blocking the air, which I think is the case. And they are H2O proof. Got to get me some summer weight pants now.

Poor planning on your part, doesn't constitute an emergency on mine!

Watch for the SALES - I buy most of my stuff on clearance, and I've bought some PDG gear!
