Kidney belt

Kidney belts are something I see People debate from time to time.

I've look In to them but I haven't made a purchase yet.

Do you find them useful in longer rides? Does it makesome reliefe to a tired back?

If you are wearing one which brand/model you wear/recomend and why.

Looking foward to ear your opiniões.

My "back-support" is part of my ATGATT, so it's ON for ALL my rides, short or long. I got it years ago when I was getting back manipulations from a therapist - it goes around my waist AND has 'over-the-shoulder' pieces, sort of like suspenders (workers here in Canada and the US at HomeDepot wear something very similar).
