Speedys gps for 2011

Im buying a 2001 versys next week and I'm wanting a speedys gos mount for it. I was on their site and it's only listed for the earlier models. Does anyone make something similar like theirs for the new style?

Most use a RAM handlebar mount or RAM ball to go in the bar clamp bolt.

Pix of both here.

Along with most -- I use a RAM mount also. I was skeptical at first, but after using it, I was 100% amazed on how strong and easy they are!

For reference I use http://www.gpscity.com/ram-mount-cra...m-b-174u-.html

OP -- any reason why you dont like RAM that I should now about?

If it is because it is obtrusive, Wejo uses a simple ball that screws to the triple clamp. I believe something like this: http://www.gpscity.com/ram-mount-0.3...inch-ball.html

Farkles:
Givi Tall Windscreen, Givi Top Rack and Case, Givi V35 Bags and Mounts, Givi QuickLock Tank Connector+Bag, Oxford Heated Grips, Nuvi 550 w/ Ram Mount, Barkbusters Full Wrap + Storm, Motowerks Flatfoot, Spools and Tank Protector, Bobbed Fender, Grip Puppies, 12v SAE Socket, Packjack, Airhawk 1 (med), Scala Rider G4, Contour Roam2

Next Stop: 44Tooth Sprocket (To be installed)

I don't like the positioning of the ram. Sort of like an afterthought. Speedys looks integrated as does sw.

I built a simple shelf that sits over the cluster for my 2011 and has ram ball mounts for my accessories.

Its proven to be very secure so far... although I'm pretty much an all pavement kind of guy nowadays...
Also... it is easily removable. I only mount it when I'm doing long hauls and need all that stuff on the bike.
