Some cool ideas to stay cool.....

Sunglasses with visor open and water soaked neck roll seem like great ideas.

As discussed in another thread; The Fast Eddie wet t-shirt contest attire works great for very little expense. I use a Duo Dry shirt and soak it in the sink of cold water. I wring out a fair amount of water and don the shirt and then don my mesh jackets. Away I go. Only lasts 1-2 hours, but even if you just carry a bottle of water with you and stop and pour it on your shirt you will get some relief. Beware-if you wear a leather belt and lighter colored slacks, the water on the belt will make it bleed color on to the slacks. I am pretty sure you can guess how I know. Not the longest lasting solution, but certainly the least expensive. I would guess about any shirt would work, but the Duo Dry or other "wicking" type fabric is probably best.

Forty years away from 2 wheel fun. Sure is great to be back smelling the roses!!!
