The forum member who wrote this book made a special offer/price to other forum members. I saw it the other day, but now can't find it. Can anyone help me out? Thanks

Thanks, Kiwi, for helping out. By the way, Kiwi holds the personal record for receiving the best-traveled copy of my book. I'm not sure I could ship one further, unless a lunar colony is established.

If book was freighted from LA to my home town in Timaru NZ 11244 km and if it went from LA to Sydney aust then you would win as i is 12065 km.
