First thing you'll want to upgrade is the seat if you're into some long distance riding

Search for Concepts seats in the forums youll find plenty reviews. Overall those that are tall (5'10"+) really appreciate and it's one of the cheapest seat options out there, looks great too.

I have a Baldwin Gel Seat which works real well compared to the standard seat.
