Anyone have Palmer products shield riser?

I'm looking at the Palmer products shields risers for their bike? I'm seriously considering this system as it has an accessory bar and other options that I like.

Did you ever buy the Palmer bracket? I was also thinking of pulling the trigger on one and would love a review. Thanks.
