They don't quite fit on the crash S&W crash bars right (the bars are smaller in diameter)
I have mine mounted to the frame tubes w/the pivot bolts above the frame

Yes I do, this one works so much better than stock. When I took it off a while back to take the side plastic off for the Wolo Badboy horn, I reinstalled it one position higher and couldn't believe how much better it worked.

One question - how did you prevent them from turning on you? did you just tighten them up so much they couldn't move? I can't seem to get them to stay parallel to the frame...as soon as I put weight on them they tilt down until they are touching the crashbar.

I got with Weljo2001 before I bought the pegs, they are the same ones he had on his bike. When I installed them only problem I had was they would drop down so I pm'ed him about them dropping down. He said he just left his down all the time so it didn't bother him. If you look at the picture of my bike that is the angle I had mine. I never had a problem with anything turning, just pegs dropping down. I liked mine up when not cruising down the highway so I just tightened them a hair more, didn't want them too tight because I was afraid it would start scratching off the chrome.
