I've also wrote a post on how to install the rack.. this has been a great rack, great quality. The only issue is the plastic handguard pieces I had to take of because I lost the little set screws.. its my fault as I should of loctite them but never did!
I should also add.. I mount my Pelican iM2100 case to the rear rack for quick removal.. no holes drilled in the case so I don't have to worry about potential leaking.. As you can see I mount the same case on my WR250R and Versys.. works great!
I get this question a lot (If I am still making the racks). Yes! I plan on making these as long as there are Vs around. Again, here is my phone for anyone with questions. 801-787-9397. Sam
I got mine today and installed it! I must say that it is, most definitely, the best looking Versys rack out there. Now I just have to wait for my Givi plate to come in (on backorder ) so I can put my V46 on it. Thanks, Sam! I can't wait for the side racks to come out.

How come MINE don't look like yours...?
...Oh, because they're older and paint has 'flaked' off...!
Would you like to know how sturdy the rack with bolted on seahorse case is?
During the Sandy debacle my bike went over because a basketball pole skitted it to the side. The seahorse case on the KTMduals rack hit my car. The car had a nice 1 inch long hole in the driver side door. My rack on the other hand was perfectly fine. Talk about sturdy!

I'll be looking to get this rack in the near future, need to get the bike first, haha. Any update on sideracks?
Should I be impressed after my design is ripped off?
So you post a picture of your rack after copying my design? Ok, your top plate is slightly different and you used lighter gauge steel and don't have plastic handle covers, but you're copying my design. Not cool!

It looks to me like the seller over seas is the weasel; not the forum member
Have to agree that the stuff they are selling looks a bit cheasy

Palmer Products have nothing to do with me. I did not even by the rack off them, instead I got it second hand via the UK Versys forum.
As to rip off, the quality of the rack is fine and I don't know who came up with the design first, you or them. Yes they look similar, but there are only so many ways a rack can be fitted and looks.

Here's how I 'modded' my "ktmduals" rack for carrying tent, sleeping bag, etc.
The plethora of holes is to give me lots of options for tying down stuff, and I mount it with carriage bolts. It WILL get a super workout this summer heading North....
Just picked up a rack today from KTMDuals, hella sturdy and perfect fit and finish. Sam is a great guy, if your looking for a steller rear rack give him a call.
