Great links, thanks! Anyone have the manuals for 2009?

I should note that I printed and coil bound the 2007 manuals (had to three hole punch the big one, tho) and can do the same for members much less than Kinkos including shipping in the CONUS.

I much prefer to had a printed version in the shop that looking at a PDF!
