No takers, really? If I don't sell it there's always the chance I'll end up attaching it to another V and I've already bought and sold 3 '08s.....nicest bike I never seem to ever stay with. Lowered to $300 plus shipping, if no takers I'll just tuck it away.....

That's a great price. Seems interest in the Low Gel Seats come in waves. I would bump it every few weeks. It should sell.

It's made by Kawasaki. New they were about $520.00. They don't make them anymore so when one comes up it usally goes quick.

My major beef with the stock seat is the forward slope. Does this Gel seat cure it ?? I don't find the stock seat too high, but I'm 6 in my socks.

When I bought one to see if my wife could ride my Versys (vertically challenged), I remember it being much flatter than the stock seat. So IMO, no it did not slope into the tank. Also the material is a bit more grip than the stock material.

After my wife was still unable to ride it, I sold mine. Hope this helps!

No it has no rips or tears but $300 + shipping is the lowest I'll go. As long as I keep it the door is open to another V.

I've shipped over 6 seats using USPS Parcel Post with tracking # and insurance the prices ranged from $17.00 to less than $25.00. Fed-Ex wanted over $50.00

Didn't think I would miss the V after 3 months but I have a case of seller's remorse so for now the seat is off the market until I find a replacement, either a Versys/Vstrom/NC700x.
