I just took delivery of the bike about a month ago, only to learn the the military is sending me overseas for a year. I wish I had the previous owners thread but I'll give as accurate a description as I can...

8,800 miles, Michelin Pilot 3s with just shy of 500 miles to the best of my knowledge, engine guards and pannier racks. Also have a JC Whitney topcase. Also has a tall windshield, CalSci if I remember correctly. The panniers are Happy Trails panniers and are very nice.

The bike is ready for a fly and ride. If you want, I can pick you up at the El Paso International airport with advanced notice.

It's absolutely beautiful and needs to be gone by Thanksgiving or shortly thereafter.

Sorry to hear that you're getting deployed so soon after taking ownership of such a magnificent looking ride! I pray for your safety while you're away.
