debadging?

Re-badging story: Fellow named Tom at the Blue Ridge Motorcycle Campground told me he'd bought a late model Versys. The yellow with black trim color scheme. The colors reminded him of Dewalt power tools.

So he re-badged it with decals that read "Dewalt 24volt Electric".
People ask where he bought it and he tells 'em "Home Depot, but they are not on display. You have to ask the manager to order it for you".

That's a pretty good one with the Dewalt scheme and story

My 2011 is new to me but I did remove the Kaw and Versys stickers already
They just didn't look good and the bike looks sexier already without them

Didn't have any plans to RE-badge yet but there are good ones in this thread

Ran out to get some soda yesterday (already had beer!) and fuel up as well and the guy next to me says "Riding today has got to be wet and miserable!" (it was a practically 53 even if it was raining) and fingering my 3/4 lenght jacket I said it was nothing compared to a 'bad' day and noted that with the right gear it's not bad at all. He asked what my bike (debadged red 08) was and said it looked like an older ducati and I told him what she was and how fun she is and how the upright riding position is loved by us middle-aged and up riders and how great her gas mileage can be.....it'd been a while since someone's asked. He said she looked good. Good times.

I had wrecked my 08 and when I had the side fairings replaced, they didn't come with any stickers. As someone pointed out, I don't know if you can find Kawasaki anywhere on the bike. Are they embarassed of it?

I had to replace one of my fairings, so I thought I would have some fun at the same time. I ordered these decals on e bay from Isle of Man!! I live across the "pond" in Newfoundland. First day out since the re badging. I got plenty of double and tripple looks!!! WTF is that a Guzzi??? 2 degrees celcius and sunny... finally
