I had them made at a local sign shop in Mesquite but when I went back to have some other work done, it wasn't there and no forward information. There is nothing special about the ones I have had made and I don't think there is enough of a heat problem on the case where I have it to make any difference. It's been on there several months and looks as good as the day I put it on. I have a couple of extra's I think so if you'll send me your address I'll drop them in the mail. I'll even pick up the terrible expense .49 cents for a brother in arms.
The stock #'s were HP = 58.92 Torque = 40.58.
After Pipe/PC3 and dyno HP = 62.66 Torque = 42.88
The biggest benefit of it was the dyno run which really improved the abrupt throttle responsive when chopping the throttle. Dyno runs can be expensive and I was lucky that my college has a top notch motorcycle service program with a dyno with 2 of the best tech's in the nation. One of the tech's was trained with the PC3 by a friend who just happens to own Dynojet. Very cranky fella, but insanely talented. Actually you can see him in the pics on my site of my V on the dyno.
If you don't want to go the dyno run route...you can just load my map. Here is the link to my map. http://www.kawasakiversys.com/forums...ower+commander
