Hey Folks,
Just bought a power plate to hook up all my farkles and I need to find a wire to tie into the relay so that the power switches off with the bike. Anyone have a good suggestion? The power plate is going near the battery so any thing near the battery would be great. And pics would be wonderful!

use a test light with a needle point probe, stick the wire and see if it shows voltage if the keys is turned on or off

Dave, I put my extra fuse box in the compartment under the seat, near the battery. I tied my relay line into the license plate wire in the upper / back part of the compartment. The wire only needs to be about 12 inches long.

do you by chance remember what color the liscense plate wire was?

I pulled the fuse block up and tapped into the horn power in the back side of the fuse for my Zumo.

It is red. It hooks up to a black connector. The two wires in the connector are the red wire and a black wire with a yellow stripe. You can follow the license plate wires from the underside of the fender up into the storage compartment.
