I bought a red 2008 Versys for my wife last year but sold it after she dropped it in a parking lot, despite a Speedy's lowering kit.

I would be willing to trade my perfect 2009 Bandit 1250 for any year, any color Versys, EXCEPT Lime Green. Yuk. (sorry, green-lovers!!) Red preferred.

Prefer a Florida deal, but I have sold bikes to out-of-state buyers before, and everything went smooth. I'm 49 and I can promise you an easy and honest transaction. Fair values for bikes and accessories could be worked out for a cash adjustment to make the deal fair.

The Bandit has 2700 miles. No issues of any kind and not a scratch. AMAZING smooth, endless torque. A great sport-tourer. I have the stock and a Zero Gravity Sport-Touring windscreen, the bags you see, with Givi mounts, and the seat has been modified by Spencer.

Lots of interest so far, but the Bandit is still available.

To be clear, I'm thinking a Versys and cash for my Bandit, due to the difference in values. The amount doesn't have to be exactly book-to-book value, but fair and reasonable, and accounting of course for accessories, etc.

Thanks, Bear. The Bandit is a great all-arounder, and I'll probably regret selling it, but I have a dirt jones going on now, so I plan to get a dual-sport for exploring dirt roads and a Versys for street riding.

One bike can't do it all! And if I have my way, I'll own one of everything before I die! :thumb:

I'll just keep the Bandit and buy a dual-sport as a second bike (but if I get one before buying my wife a bike, I'll be in big trouble!) :D

I guess I "regretted selling it" before I sold it!
