I want to listen to music and use my phone, what is the best hands free/bluetooth combination that goes with my helmet that does not have any microphone or ear pieces? Any suggestions??

Also, what tank bag or other attachment goes well with a blackberry so you can use the track ball without taking the phone out of the tank bag??
