For those that have already spent thousands on suspension and anyone that's looking for something a little less expensive to improve handling - we give you Anti-Slosh Fuel Foam. At the initial application of the brakes or transitioning hard back on the throttle, six pounds of fuel can feel like almost 20 pounds in the tank as it sloshes back and forth. This Fuel Tank Foam kit reduces fuel’s ability to move around in the tank uninhibited which improves handling by stabilizing the bike, giving the rider more confidence, and it doesn’t interfere with normal fuel pump operation.

Made of proprietary MILSPEC foam that is so porous it only takes up 1% of your fuel tank’s total volume, it’s unlikely you’ll notice the difference in total tank volume when installed. This fuel foam has been tested and designed to be compatible with all types of fuel: street, race, high octane, oxygenated, alcohol &etc. Designed for a 15 year lifespan, the foam cubes will probably out-last your bike.

Touted by many as one of the best handling improvements they’ve made to their bikes. To install, simply stuff everything through your bike’s OEM fuel spigot. For best results, use a sturdy dowel to stuff it into the corners of the tank.

This is not yet on our website, call TJ at 866.931.6644 ext 817 to have this foam sent to you today. If you have any questions, please send us a note – FORUM at RIDERSDISCOUNT dot COM is the address and use FUEL FOAM in the subject line.

Fuel tank foam compresses to fit the curves of your bike’s tank.

Wouldn't this get in the way of the fuel sending unit?

We have run this in an R6, R1, GSXR1000 (08 and09), ZX6R, Triumph 675 without issue.

Looks low tech but makes quite a bit of difference.

It's pretty common for road race cars to use foam in the fuel tanks for this purpose but camaroz is correct about the senders. It would interfere with the mechanical floats. Interesting idea though. I wonder if any of the GP or superbike teams run something like this???

I'm nearly positive they proabably all use something like this. I'm not worried about the pump, just the float.

Motorcycle Consumer News put some in one of their long term dual sport bikes and were quite impressed....Seems very important for those wanting better control.

It is actually required by the FIM on WSS and WSBK. I haven't looked at the technical requirements of GP but I would suspect it is the same.
