I just put my stock Versys 15T counter sprocket on my wife's 2008 Ninja 250. The Versys CS is thinner (ninja is stronger, ha?) so had to make a spacer to go behind the CS.
Spacer must be like .990 ID to fit over splines, 1.250" OD and .128" -.130" thick. Made mine out of 4140, but bet there some standard spacers out there also.
I mentioned this to the Ninja250 guys, so get ready for maybe some of them trying to beg borrow steal your stock 15T Counter Sprocket for those of you that have changed to the 16T.
The ninja 250 CS is rubber dampened also, for those of you already thinking about mounting it on the Versys! It is thicker so would have to cut it down on the back side probably .118" at least.
